Mercer talks rebellion in locker room, Lance arrests him
Eugene and Stephanie have been working on train, guards leave and zeds show up
Laura blows up cell to free Mercer
Rick takes Pamela out to help her, Sebastian gets pissed at him - run into Jesus and group outside
Mob attacking Mercer and guards, begs Rick to help - herd approaching - Maggie arrives to steer it away
Pamela accuses Rick of trying to overthrow her - we are not the walking dead speech - Pamela taken away while Sebastian goes crazy
Sebastian kills Rick - next day Carl has to put him down - Sebastian in jail and Carl visits
