IV: The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978)

For our first Christmas special, our kidnappers allowed us to watch Star Wars! Unfortunately for us it was The Star Wars Holiday Special. We dissected almost every sketch and song in this 3 part review. The version we watched was recorded right from TV and had commercials in it so there is even a part 4 where we discuss the commercials and then we show every single commercial with live BMB! commentary alongside. The whole ordeal was unbearable. Phoenix and Brent nearly chose to die rather than finish the ‘movie’….’special’….whatever you call it. Is it worse than the current SMS! winner/loser (Witchery)? 3: Halloween III: Season Of The Witch (1982)

In our annual (starting now) Halloween episode, dubbed “Un-Freehouse Of Horror” Brent Puccio and Phoenix West were forced into watching Halloween III: Season Of The Witch (1982) by gunman Heroin Joe Ramirez. They break down the movie using movie footage, footage of them watching the movie and footage of them discussing the movie. Lots of footage. Lots of making fun of a terrible shit-show of a movie. Police dragged that movie for three days and nary a Michael Myers was found. So there could be no comparison made between Halloween 3 and the blood-stained corpses of the comedians. And that, also, is very convenient, isn’t it, Mr. Seymour Busch?
