New Years Eve marathon episode 1. We revisit one of the highest rated episodes of the original series. For some reason it is. It’s okay.
This was the first episode Frank was on the show so why not revisit it for episode 400? Then we found out Frank won’t be here for it. King Frank Will Not Return.
We are doing this one again. The airplane one. Again. World premier of Filthy Twilight Zone Eye Of The Beholder so that’s something right?
This is a fun episode. Not amazing but fun. Nice to see no sci-fi bullshit ruining our Twilight Zone. Wait…. Kinda.
What else can you say about a classic episode that has a Jordan Peele heavey-handed-ness? Turns out not much. It’s a great episode with many flaws. Thin walls. Too long of a sentimental speech about how humans are at the end. Birthday parties that are relevant. Personally, none of my birthday parties have tied into my personal life at all. None. Not one.
