Don’t smoke marijuana folks. Otherwise you’ll turn into a real Frank. We took a 3+ month break due to medical issues but we are back in 2020 with Of Late I Think Of Cliffordville. It’s yet another “remember the good ole days” episode but this time with bad makeup and sexy devils.
Check out our friends Raiders of The Lost Flicks
One of us hated this episode. The other loved it. Either way we want wax sex dolls to keep in the basement and scare our wives. This episode is sponsored by Hampton Inn.
I dream of Eugene. He’s the guy down by the docks that will do anything for a dollar. You don’t get three wishes with Eugene. You get whatever you can afford. He’s like the McDonald’s dollar menu of male dock prostitutes. Anyway, try to enjoy this episode.
Imagine returning to earth to find a terrible parallel universe where you now have a fence, got a promotion and don’t have to witness the president getting his head blown off. The horrors!!!
First episode with the new recording style. Is it better? Anyway, this guy really didn't seem to try that hard in his Hitler killing mission. Worst time traveler ever? Yes.
This EXACT same thing happened to me a few years back. When life gives you the devil, make devilade. Best Burgess Meredith role of his life.
Watch in wonder as an autistic man wanders through a 40 year relationship with his mother. A man with a sexual attraction to wooden miniatures. This man is all kinds of fucked.
No thank you.
This episode is very serious and should be taken as such. 3 men living on a spaceship together. All stuck and sweaty…. yes. We approve.
In this first mix of Way Off Topic Radio and LIW The Twilight Zone Review we discuss Tool, some TZ episode named Death Ship and receipt checkers at Walmart. It’s barely about the episode but it doesn’t matter because they’re dead all along.
This was one of the most fun episodes to record because this episode is garbage so we just decided to fuck around and make up lies about the father in this episode. We bring up many questions about telepathy and spousal abuse. Plus a terrible teacher that makes many assumptions about the Mute girl who totally isn’t retarted or deaf or anything.
In this live episode commentary episode we discover the best super power possible. Also we discuss the stupid shit in the episode to a pointless level of obsession.
Caution: If you have a fear of electric razors, do not watch this episode. For everyone else that enjoys a quality story with well written characters, do not watch this episode. But if you are determined to watch it, watch it with us with our live episode commentary. Frank is schloppy as hell and sometimes uses words.
It was a real struggle to get Frank to talk about this actual episode even though he was very excited to do so. Legitimate question I want to pose to our listeners: Is Dennis Hopper too good of an actor for TZ? At any rate, if you think this episode is just about finding out who the shadow man is then you're a fucking idiot.
This is a divisive episode. One of us loved it and one of us hated it. The results will surprise you. We also put this town to the "BITE" cult model to see if they do meet the requirements of a cult. Spoiler alert: listen to the episode to find out. Spoiler alert: what is a spoiler alert?
Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255 Seriously, you're worth it. This isn't even a plug. If you're struggling, reach out to me. I'll give you my personal phone number. Trust me, I've been there and continue to be there. Loiteringinwonderland@gmail.com
This episode sucked and we were too trashed to talk about it in real time. For that and that alone, I honestly apologize. This would be a terrible episode for a new listener but if you're a seasoned vet, enjoy it for what it was. A bad attempt to handle an hour long suicide talk on The Podcasts Podcast episode 45.
Fuck Skype. Anyway, we are sloooowly chewing through terrible season 4. In this episode we do our best to not talk about the episode but then are forced into it. We didn't do it justice.
Queue this episode up with Netflix, starting at the 0 second mark. Watch it on silent with subtitled and listen as we make fun of the wife's decorating, how far on the spectrum the main character is and how he's a junkie for reading.
For the first time we randomly decided to do a live episode commentary for this Twilight Zone episode. Warning: There is a false alarm when Phoenix says to press play on Neflix so expect that. Press play the second time he actually says to press play. Again, this was not prepared but also not the last time we are doing this. Also, everything after the commentary is barely TZ related and we're sorry for that.
Watch the episode on mute on Netflix with subtitles as we ramble live commentary on the episode then disuss the episode afterward. This is our second attempt at live commentary and it went much smoother. We stayed on topic this time about this episode about a pathetic man who wants to live forever until he's immediately suicidal.
